Summer Conference Venue

Our dorm cottages, multi-purpose hall and covered court are available for rent every summer vacation or on weekends. The venue is ideal for retreats, seminars and conferences. We can accommodate up to 120 stay-in participants. We have 15 dorms available and each dorm can accommodate 8 persons. The multi-purpose hall has a seating capacity of  80 pax for a banquet set-up and 150 pax for a theater arrangement. The covered court can hold up to 700 people.

Rental Rates

Bed sheets - Php 100.00 / piece

Cottages - No bedding, with electric fan - Php 75.00 / head /day

Covered court - Basic daytime rate without lights, sound system and fans, space only - Php 300.00 / hour

Covered court - Daytime rate with lights, sound system and fans - Php 500.00 / hour

Covered court - Nighttime rate with lights, sound system and fans - Php 600.00 / hour

Follow light (for covered court) - Php 1,250.00

Meals: 3 meals and 2 snacks - Php 500.00 / head /day

Multi-purpose hall - Non-aircon with electric fans (for 8 hours) - Php 1,500.00

Multi-purpose hall - Aircon with or without electric fans (for 8 hours) - Php 3,000.00

Pillows - Php 100.00 / piece

Plastic chair - Php 5.00 / piece
